Join Franck's on Monday, July 18 for their annual “Beer Dinner.”

This year, Franck's will once again be pairing delicious food with award-winning beers from Epic Brewing Company.

Designed by chefs Adam Vickers and Robert Perkins, the night will feature four menu items specifically tailored to pair with four of Epic's beers. 

  • Warm Caputo's burrata, Crumb Brother's sourdough bread, brown-butter apple puree, shiso leaf-apple salad. Served with Epic's Straight Up Saison.

  • Avocado and chorizo tart, edamame succotash, sea salt macerated local tomato, baby coriander. Served with Epic's Los Locos.

  • Whole grilled durham ranch wagyu, char grilled summer vegetables, spring onion aioli, nasturtium. Served with Epic's Imperial IPA.

  • Chocolate stout cake, cotton candy grapes, grape gelato, smoked cotton candy. Served with Epic's Imperial Stout.

Epic's Head Brew Master, Kevin Crompton, will be there throughout the night to talk about the selection of beers present, as well as the brewery itself.

Dinner starts at 6:30 p.m. on July 18. Tickets are $65 per person or $58 for food only. Tax and gratuity is not included.
